DOH-Indian River’s Community Health Improvement Plan uses data to identify priority issues, establish goals and objectives, and collectively execute action plans to improve public health. The plan is the product of continuous improvement through partner engagement.

DOH-Indian River’s Strategic Plan is used to communicate DOH-Indian River’s organizational goals and the actions needed to achieve those goals.
