Community Health and Safety Fair

- Preserve at Oslo Saturday, June 13, 2015 -

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FL – The community is invited to attend a Community Health and Safety Fair on Saturday, June 13, 2015, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Preserve at Oslo, 229 10th Road SW, Vero Beach, FL 32962.  The event is sponsored by Indian River County HIV/AIDS Awareness Network and Florida Department of Health in Indian River County.   

“By learning ways to improve their health, as well as safety tips, individuals can have a safer and healthier lifestyle", stated John May, HIV Outreach Coordinator for Florida Department of Health in Indian River County.

This free event will provide attendees with information regarding bullying, safety and health information, including children’s fingerprinting, and blood pressure and sugar checks. Sponsors are providing free food and a free Walmart gift card with HIV and STD tests. A fire truck will also be on site for children and the community to enjoy.
