This free Community Health Event is sponsored by DOH-Indian River in with numerous participating partners and vendors. The highlight of the event is a symposium panel of health care professionals and impacted individuals speaking on Sickle Cell Disease Awareness and Mental Health Awareness. Also featured will be presentations on Healthy Homes and Diabetes Prevention and Management programs. A free lunch will be provided to all, as well as a vegetable plant giveaway. Services provided at the event include confidential HIV testing, health screenings, blood donations, nutrition education, and more.
