Florida Department of Health in Indian River County Participates in Give Kids a Smile Event

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FL – In recognition of the American Dental Association’s Give Kids a Smile® program, Florida Department of Health in Indian River County, in collaboration with Seaside Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and other local dentists, will be offering free dentistry services to children between the ages 5-12 during Indian River County’s Sixth Annual Give Kids a Smile Event. The following dental services will be offered at this event:
- Seaside Smiles Pediatric Dentistry : Free dental screenings will be offered by appointment only on Thursday, February 4th, 8am – 12pm at Seaside Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, located at 3725 12th Court, Suite B in Vero Beach by Dr. Mindy Hall and Dr. Heidi Turk. Patients determined to need treatment will be scheduled an appointment for Friday, February 5th from 8am – 12pm at Seaside Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, or on Saturday, February 6th from 8am- 12pm at the health department located at 1900 27th Street in Vero Beach.

- Health Department Dental Clinic: Free dental screenings and treatment, if needed, will be offered by appointment only on Saturday, February 6th from 8am – 12pm at the health department, located at 1900 27th Street in Vero Beach. Children must be an Indian River County resident for an appointment at this location. Dentists providing services are:
o Dr. Rachelle Dermody
o Dr. Heidi Turk
o Dr. Luis Roque
