INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FL – The community is invited to attend a Community Health and Safety Fair on Sunday, October 25, 2015, from 8:00am to 2:00pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission, Guadalupe Center, 12896 County Road 512, Fellsmere, FL. The event is sponsored by Florida Department of Health in Indian River County and Indian River County HIV/AIDS Awareness Network.
“Education is an important tool that can empower an individual to make better lifestyle choices", stated John May, HIV Outreach Coordinator for Florida Department of Health in Indian River County.
This free event will provide attendees with the following information and services
- FREE Blood Glucose and Cholesterol Screening. (Fasting is required)
- FREE PSA Screening
- FREE HIV Testing
- FREE STD Testing
- FREE Flu Shots
